ANOTHER 2 INFILLS APPROVED AT DUNAMALLAGHT ROAD, BALLYCASTLE.
MKA Planning’s success at infilling continues.
Planning Service have now recommended approval for 2 infill dwellings at Dunamallaght Road, Ballycastle.
This application was particularly challenging as part of the ribbon was an underground reservoir. It was also located right on the edge of the existing settlement and took advantage of the ribbon within the town to justify the ‘infilling’.
