MKA Planning have been successful in a Certificate of Lawful Development for the retention of three No. one bedroom flats on West End Terrace, Derry, for a private client.
As the property was only purchased by the Client from the Receivers in 2014 it proved difficult to provide evidence that showed that the development had been in existence for over 5 years.
However MKA Planning were able to gather conclusive evidence that proved that the flats had been in use since 2003.
