MKA Planning have successfully obtained a Certificate of Lawful Development for a private client.
MKA Planning submitted evidence showing that the change of use to flats and the associated operations had been carried out more than 5 years ago. The flats were now immune from enforcement.
We successfully obtained a Certificate of Lawful Development (CLEUD) for the retention of the 9 no. flats, and this is now an authorised use within the property.
