MKA Planning have obtained full Planning Permission for a replacement dwelling at Culmore Road, Derry.
MKA Planning were instructed after the replacement application was recommended for refusal for failure to provide visibility splays.
MKA Planning were able to show that Transport NI were not legally entitled to require improved visibility splays for a replacement dwelling, Planning Service subsequently issued permission with no requirement to provide visibility splays.
