MKA Planning have been successful in getting another infill dwelling approved at Ballyhacket Lane, Castlerock on behalf of a private Client.
The application was initially recommended for refusal by Planning Service.
MKA Planning Ltd. were then brought on board and represented the Client at the office meeting.
MKA Planning convinced Planning Service that this was an infill dwelling opportunity and complied with Policy CTY 8 of Planning Policy Statement 21 – Sustainable Development in the Countryside.
