MAJOR WIND FARM APPEAL SUCCESS FOR BINEVENAGH SOS.
MKA Planning represented Binevenagh SOS at a preliminary planning legal hearing into a planning appeal into a large wind farm for ARC NI outside Castlerock. The preliminary legal hearing was to determine whether major amendments to the planning application should be accepted at this stage in the planning appeal.
MKA Planning were successful in arguing that the proposed amendments should not be accepted as they were so extensive that they constructed a new planning application.
The PAC agreed with the approach and has refused to accept the proposed amendments as part of this planning appeal.
