MKA Planning have been successful in getting another infill dwelling approved at Riverside Road, Bushmills on behalf of a private Client.
A similar application had previously been recommended for refusal by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council.
MKA Planning were then brought in after the original application had been withdrawn and convinced Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council that this was indeed an infill dwelling opportunity and complied with Policy CTY 8 of Planning Policy Statement 21 – Sustainable Development in the Countryside.
