MKA PLANNING GET CHARGES DROPPED AND PLANNING PERMISSION APPROVED IN ARMAGH
MKA Planning have been successful in getting Armagh City/ Banbridge and Craigavon Council to drop a Breach of Condition Notice against a private client.
The client faced a change of failing to take steps relating to the Breach of Condition Notice, to reduce the size of the rear residential annex and reduce the existing height of the boundary walls and pillars.
However the charge was withdrawn at Armagh City Magistrates Court.
MKA planning have now obtained planning permission for the retention of the rear annex and boundary walls and pillars, of this beautiful home in Armagh.
