MKA Planning have led objections to the two recent proposals for Tesco foodstores at Buncrana Road in Derry.
This ‘out-of-centre’ foodstore is likely to adversely impact on the vitality and viability of Northside and Springtown District Centres and the City Centre and undermines their convenience shopping function.The proposal will adversely impact on the commercial core and the Lisnagelvin, Northside and Springtown District Centres.
MKA Planning were representing Northside Shopping Centre who had obtained planning permission for a major redevelopment of the centre.
