MKA PLANNING LTD OBTAIN PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CLARENDON BAR, DERRY.
MKA Planning Ltd have recently obtained planning permission for a major planning application for the redevelopment of the Clarendon Bar. The bar has been a landmark public house in the City but had been vacant for a number of years. This permission will secure the future of this historic public house and provide a significant financial investment in the City Centre and create jobs for local people.
