MKA Planning have successfully obtained planning permission for a private client for a HMO which are often quite contentious for the local Council.
MKA Planning were able to highlight that the proposed HMO would not be harmful to residential amenity or detrimental to the character of the area.
Derry and Strabane District Council have now granted planning permission for this use.
