MKA PLANNING SUCCESSFUL IN PHARMACY APPEAL FOR A MINOR RELOCATION
MKA Planning have succeeded in winning an appeal lodged by Doherty’s Pharmacy, Larne Chemists Ltd., McGrath’s Pharmacyand Woodbourne Pharmacy to the National Appeal Panel against the minor relocation of Cooper’s Pharmacy from premises at 166 Andersonstown Road to premises at 156 – 160 Andersonstown Road, Belfast
MKA Planning represented and presented expert evidence on behalf of Coopers Pharmacy.
Based on the information and evidence we provided, the Panel made the unanimous decision that the appeal against the decision made by the Health & Social Care Board should be dismissed, and that the approval be upheld.
This decision allowed the pharmacy to move to a larger and more modern premises, which allowed them to provide more & better services to the local community.
