MKA PLANNING WINS ENFORCEMENT APPEAL FOR A TEMPORARY MARKETING AND SALES SUITE FOR A MAJOR HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AT CRESCENT LINK, DERRY.
MKA Planning have been successful in winning an enforcement appeal on behalf of Taggart Homes for the retention of a temporary marketing and sales suite at Oak Country Manor housing development, Crescent Link, Derry.
Derry City and Strabane District Council originally refused the application for the retention of the already built marketing suite. However, MKA Planning were successful in fighting the appeal, meaning that temporary permission for a period of two years was finally granted.
