MKA Planning wins pharmacy appeal.
MKA have successfully represented objecting Omagh pharmacies in getting a pharmacy appeal refused for a new pharmaceutical licence at the Spar Shop, along Kevlin Road, Omagh.
The NAP Panel determined, on the evidence submitted, that there was no inadequacy in pharmaceutical provision to the neighbourhood and no need for an additional licence.
The NAP Panel found that 6 town centre pharmacies provided adequate pharmaceutical services to the Kevlin Road neighbourhood and refused the appeal.
