MKA successful in retention of Builders Yard in the countryside for E H Allingham Construction Ltd.
MKA Planning have recently obtained retrospective planning permission for a Builder’s Yard in the countryside outside Eglinton.
Planning wanted the yard removed, MKA Planning submitted an application for retention.
During the course of the application MKA showed that the use had been there more than 5 years and was also immune from enforcement.
Granting permission allowed the Planning Service to impose planning conditions that will help control the use and it allowed the Applicant to avoid paying an additional fee for a CLUED Certificate.
