He is a specialist in rural planning for residential, commercial or industrial development in the countryside. He has wide experience of the application of PPS 21, assessing the need for farm dwellings and visual linkage/clustering, infill dwellings, replacement dwellings, conversion of existing buildings etc . He has also significant appeal experience in this field.
He has also wide experience in waste, recycling , car dismantling and minerals proposals.
He is also a member of NAPE – National Association of Planning Enforcement.
