Matt Kennedy is the Principal Planning Consultant of the firm and is directly responsible for the management of the company.
He is an experienced Practitioner with wide experience in licensing, planning and development throughout Ireland.
He has represented many of the major Northern Ireland developers in planning appeals over the last 20 years and has been involved in most of the major Area Plan Inquiries over this period.
He is a former lecturer with the University of Ulster and previously worked as a Planning Officer with both the London Borough of Southwark Planning Division and DOE (NI) Planning Service based in Coleraine.
He has fought and won more planning appeals than any other planning consultant in Northern Ireland. Matt is an expert witness in major planning appeals, inquiries, court cases and Area Plan examinations and has fought major retail inquiries.
