Successful Retention of Airbnb Tourist Accommodation at 190 Coleraine Road.
MKA Planning Ltd have recently obtained Planning Permission for the retention of a sectional unit as an Airbnb tourist accommodation facility at No. 190 Coleraine Road, Portstewart for a private client.
This application was recommended for refusal but was overturned by the Planning Committee of Causeway Coast and Glens Council (CCGC).
