The Applicant built a commercial metal shed to the rear of his dwelling. A planning application and a subsequent planning appeal to retain the shed had been refused previously. The shed is three to four times larger than the Applicant’s dwelling.
MKA Planning have been successful in getting a Certificate of Lawfulness (CLUED) to retain the shed for domestic purposes with minor alterations.
