Enforcement Notices (EN) against a vehicle dismantling & recycling yard at Glenshesk Road, Armoy withdrawn by the Planning Service

Our Clients were served with 2 Enforcement Notices (EN) by the Planning Service requiring them to vacate land they were using for their business.

MKA appealed the 2 EN’s and pointed out to the Planning Service procedural irregularities with the notices.

Planning Service subsequently have granted planning permission for the development and have withdrawn the EN’s avoiding any appeal.
