AMENDMENT OF CONDITION NO.4 OF PLANNING PERMISSION DOE Ref No. A/2002/0909/O AT CULMORE POINT ROAD, CULMORE DERRY.
MKA Planning have successfully obtained permission to amend condition no.4 of the existing planning permission at White Rose Dental Clinic No.7-9 Culmore Point Road, Culmore Derry for a private client.
Condition No.4 of the original permission restricted the use of the clinic to only one dentist.
MKA Planning overcame traffic, intensification and residential amenity concerns raised by this proposal.
Permission has now been granted for up to 3 dentists to now use the premises at Culmore Point Road.
