CLEUD GRANTED STORAGE OF TELECOM EQUIPMENT AT GORTREE ROAD, DRUMAHOE.
MKA were successful in obtaining a CLEUD for the retention of a site for storage of telecom equipment at lands at Gortree road, Drumahoe on behalf of a private Client.
The site is located on former greenbelt, outside the settlement development limits of Derry and is being used for the internal and external storage of telecom equipment, materials and vehicles in association with the Client’s business.
MKA submitted evidence showing that the site has been continuously used for storage purposes from 2008 to present day and was therefore over the requisite 5 year period of immunity and the Planning Service issued a CLEUD Certificate confirming this.
