Due to a procedural error Derry & Strabane District Council are now likely to re-consult on the Local Development Plan (LDP) 2032 Draft Plan Strategy.

Availability of Documents

The LDP draft Plan Strategy and supporting documents, including the Sustainability Appraisal Report (incorporating the Strategic Environmental Assessment), the Habitats Regulations Assessment, Rural Needs Impact Assessment and the Equality Impact Assessment, are all available on the Council website.

How to Respond

The re-consultation will run for a period of 8 weeks from 11^th September to 6^th November 2020.
