MKA Planning have recently won an enforcement planning appeal for Quigley Crane Hire in a scenic rural location close to Benone.
Planning Service wanted the use of the site for the storage, display and hire of up to 10 large mobile and static cranes to cease. The Enforcement Notice was served the day before the change in the law reducing the period for immunity from enforcement for unauthorised uses from 10 years to 5 years indicating it was a high priority case for Planning Service.
MKA Planning evidence convinced the PAC that the unauthorised use has been has been onsite for over 10 years and was therefore immune from enforcement. To view a copy of the PAC decision notice click below.
