MKA Planning have succeeded in winning an appeal lodged by Boots Pharmacy to the National Appeal Panel against the minor relocation of Bradley’s Pharmacy from premises at 22A The Promenade to premises at 58 The Promenade, Portstewart.
MKA Planning represented and presented expert evidence on behalf of Bradley’s Pharmacy.
Based on our information and evidence, the Panel made the unanimous decision that the appeal against the decision made by the Health & Social Care Board should be dismissed, and that the approval be upheld.
This decision allowed Bradley’s to move to a larger and more modern premises, which provides more & better services to the local community.
