MKA PLANNING WINS APPEAL FOR CONVERSION FROM 3 AND A HALF STOREY APARTMENTS TO A 10 BEDROOM HMO ON LAWRENCE HILL, DERRY.

MKA Planning recently represented a private client at appeal against the decision by Derry City and Strabane District Council to refuse an application for the conversion from a 3 and a half storey apartment building to a 10 bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

Based on the evidence presented by MKA Planning, the Planning Appeals Commission decided to allow the appeal and grant full planning permission for the development.
