MKA PLANNING WINS ENFORCEMENT APPEAL AGAINST ALLEGED UN-AUTHORISED AGRICULTURAL CONTRACTING BUSINESS

MKA Planning have successfully won an appeal for a private client who was served an enforcement notice by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council for alleged un-authorised agricultural contracting business, alleged unauthorised shed used for the purposes of the agricultural contracting business & alleged unauthorised access and laneway at no. 133 Baranailt Road, Limavady.

The Commissioner agreed with MKA Planning that part of the development was immune from enforcement, that planning permission should be granted for the remainder of the development and the enforcement notice was quashed.
