MKA Planning has been successful, on behalf of a private client, in obtaining outline planning permission for a 50 Bed Nursing Home and all ancillary services, provision of 76 no. car parking spaces, development of new access road and closing off of existing access, demolition of existing disused dwelling and outbuildings along the site frontage and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
