PLANNING PERMISSION FOR FARM DWELLING ON LANDS AT JERRETTSPASS, NEWRY.
MKA Planning Ltd. have been successful in getting Planning Permission for a farm dwelling, at lands 40m west of no.46 Glen Road, Jerrettspass, Newry for a private client.
The issue in this case again was Policy CTY 10 and the Client was again forced to show active farming on the farm since his Single Farm Payment ceased in 2013.
